If you are at the explanade and catching your favourite play or musical, and want something easy to chew on yet comforting, come to Space @ My Humble House.

The local delights are really good with a special twist.  One dish to consider is the Lamb Bak Kut Teh. The aromatic soup is served in a tea pot with a lamb rack cleverly placed to peek out from the teapot.  They serve as a set that comes with steamed rice and red cut chilli in black sauce.  The Ma Ma Leong's chicken rice is another of my pick. The chicken rice is very fragrant and the meat, juicy, tender and soft.  If you want something light before watching a performance, you might want to tuck in to the Jasmine Rice with seaweed consomme in a claypot.  This dish is a rice porridge with a soup base that is infused with some wonderful ingredients to give a delightful taste.

Now if you want dessert, you just need to order from their neighbouring and affiliated restaurant, My Humble House.  You must try the cream of Avocado with latte ice-cream, a perfect way to end the meal.
