Canopy is the newest addition at the Aramsa serving an international menu with an Asian influence, complimented by a wide variety of new world wines. I like coming over to the Canopy as the place offers a unique garden dining experience and the ideal place to wine, dine and relax.

For starters, go for the pumpkin, coconut and coriander soup, a unique blend of Asian aromatic flavours in the soup. You should also try the char grilled squid with chili and herb sauce.  If you are a salad fan, the baby spinach with hazelnuts, orange segments, glazed beetroot and Persian feta drizzled and vanilla bean dressing is a good choice. My son gave a thumbs up to the Australian beef with parmesan whipped potato, sautéed mushrooms and pepper sauce.  My personal favorite is the Balinese pork curry in spicy sauce served with steam rice.  The pork is tenderly cooked and is really comforting having this dish.  Yes they have a range of pastas and one that stands out is the cream base Linguini tossed with lobster and fresh herbs.

The desserts here are not too sweet and care have been taken in the ingredients used by the pastry chef.  My recommendation is the orange and almond cake with cream and the strawberry tart…yum.
